Logically, our first reaction is to seek relief through medication or other methods. But avoiding those sleepless nights of deep introspection might cut us off from revelations and insights our soul is trying to force us into.
Always prioritize sleep in the big picture, but don't be afraid to swim with insomnia instead of fighting it for a little while and see what happens!
